My partner and I stayed for 3 nights here, and arranged to be met at the airport by a courtesy car, so as to have no worries about explaining to the taxi driver where we wanted to go. The driver was waiting for us, and was very courtious, and professional. Upon ckeck-in, everything was very good, with all the staff very efficient, and happy. we had up-graded from the Executive Room to the Studio, which was on the 10th Floor, and offered fantastic views across the Bucharest skyline. I have no hesitation in saying, this hotel is situated in a central position in Bucharest, close to all the best sights for tourists, and shoppers alike, and would most DEFINITELY recommend a stay here. We were extremely happy with the service we received.

Overall, I had a great experience at your hotel. However the cleaning staff should focus a bit more on detail. For example, they should check little things like stationary (I used 2 envelopes and they were not replaced) and cleaning the coffee mugs in the rooms + adding sugar). These things are noticed in a business hotel. But overall, your hotel was great value.

The de luxe room is wonderful, large, clean and cheap. The personnel is very friendly, trying to help any time, all food was very good, excellent service, a single inconvenient: reception, bar, breakfast hall and restaurant are all in the same main hall. Very well located, indeed a place you wish to come back.
